OUR FACILITY
The Baseball Lab Atlanta is a premier indoor baseball and softball training facility with state of the art equipment. All of our equipment is targeted to take your game to the next level. From a pitching standpoint, we offer three fully turfed mounds optimal for all age groups/distances. Our bullpen area contains Trackman, EdgerTronic cameras, and radar guns giving our athletes direct feedback.
Within our facility we have over 15 areas for athletes to get their band work, ployballs, and pre/post throwing complete. As well as an area designated for soft tissue work.
The Baseball Lab then has Proteus, 2 squat racks, medicine balls, kettlebells, and a full dumbbell area allowing our athletes to stay in shape in-season and off-season.
Walkthrough
Check out the walkthrough of our recently renovated facility. We focus on creating a fun and fast-paced learning environment, while individualizing the way we train and teach athletes. Not all athletes move the same, have the same deficiencies, and are in search of the same goal.
